Machine Learning Engineer

Join Zendesk's Enterprise Machine Learning team to build and deploy intelligent systems that drive business decisions at scale. You will own the end-to-end lifecycle of production ML models, from problem definition and development to deployment and continuous improvement, working with complex customer and revenue data.

• Design, build, and deploy ML models for key business outcomes
• Develop and maintain scalable ML pipelines for data ingestion and retraining
• Work with large-scale structured and unstructured data using modern ML/LLM techniques
• Monitor production models and ensure reliability through iteration
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve business problems
• Own ML solutions from idea to production and ongoing optimization
