Lead Engineer, Machine Learning

Lead Machine Learning Engineers to build AI-native applications that proactively assist users with minimal prompting. You will own the end-to-end ML systems, from data and training to inference and deployment, ensuring reliability and scalability in production. This hands-on leadership role is for individuals passionate about integrating research, systems, and product.

• Own end-to-end ML systems for AI-native applications
• Build and evolve training and fine-tuning pipelines for large models
• Design evaluation systems for capability, robustness, and safety
• Architect high-performance inference systems optimizing latency and cost
• Establish reliable production infrastructure for model deployment and monitoring
• Partner with research and application engineering for product improvements
