Software Engineer – ML Platform

Avride is seeking an ML Platform Engineer to build and scale the infrastructure powering large-scale ML training and data processing for autonomous driving. You will own critical pieces of the ML stack, including workflow orchestration, distributed execution, and resource governance, shaping how ML teams across the company run experiments and train models at scale on Kubernetes.

• Build and scale ML compute platform on Kubernetes using Argo Workflows
• Design and implement core platform capabilities with Ray-based SDK
• Improve end-to-end training throughput and platform efficiency
• Debug complex workload issues and implement platform-level fixes
• Evaluate and integrate open-source tooling for ML platform needs
• Strong proficiency in Python or Go, with C++ as a plus
