Staff Data Scientist

Midi Health is seeking a strategic Staff Data Scientist to build and own the end-to-end data framework for unit economics. This role involves connecting customer acquisition, product lifecycles, healthcare reimbursements, and operational costs to serve as the financial and analytical source of truth. You will partner with Data Science, Finance, Marketing, and Operations to directly influence strategic decisions on marketing spend, pricing, retention, and profitability.

• Design and build end-to-end data framework for unit economics
• Develop sophisticated LTV and reimbursement models
• Build predictive models for reimbursement rates and margin constraints
• Create cross-product attribution and portfolio optimization models
• Utilize causal inference for growth intelligence and churn intervention
• Develop stochastic macro-simulations for business stress-testing
