Join Clera as a Founding Machine Learning Engineer and build the ML function from the ground up in an early-stage AI startup. You will define the technical strategy for post-training pipelines, agent systems, and the overall ML roadmap, working closely with founders and researchers to scale the team and its capabilities.

• Design and implement model evaluation frameworks and benchmarks
