About this role

We are seeking a highly technical Senior ML/AI Engineer to take end-to-end ownership of a strategic customer intelligence platform. You will lead the transition of this platform, which uses machine learning and generative AI on large transaction data, into a fully owned capability. This role involves operating and improving the production engine, defining its technical direction, and partnering with various teams to leverage its insights for personalization, marketing, and analytics.

What we are looking for 6

Lead technical transition and ownership of a customer intelligence ML/AI platform
Operate and enhance production ML and Generative AI models and pipelines
Develop and implement rigorous evaluation frameworks for ML and GenAI systems
Write production-grade Python and PySpark code for data processing and model deployment
Master existing code, prompts, models, data pipelines, and architecture
Establish strong MLOps and LLMOps practices, including CI/CD and observability
