Research Scientist (Generative Modeling)

World Labs is seeking a Research Scientist specializing in generative modeling, particularly diffusion models, to develop foundational world models for 3D environments. This role involves hands-on research and engineering to bring advanced AI techniques into real-world applications, focusing on spatial intelligence and visual innovation.

• Design, implement, and train large-scale diffusion models for 3D world generation
• Develop diffusion models with novel control signals or for efficient inference
• Collaborate with research and product teams to translate requirements into roadmaps
• Contribute to all stages of model development: data curation, experimentation, evaluation, and deployment
• Integrate cutting-edge research in diffusion and generative AI
• Mentor colleagues and drive best practices in generative modeling and ML engineering
