Senior AI Engineer – LLM / Agents

SB Energy is seeking a Senior AI Engineer specializing in LLMs and Agents to lead the design and implementation of AI-enabled workflows. This role will establish architecture, standards, and quality gates for scaling agentic workflows from prototype to production across various enterprise domains. You will define technical architecture, build evaluation frameworks, and mentor teams on production-quality AI systems.

• Define technical architecture for agent workflows including LLMs, tools, and APIs
• Establish reusable workflow patterns for agent planning and execution
• Create standards for skill design, prompt structure, and API response formats
• Build evaluation frameworks for agent workflows and lead observability design
• Partner with Enterprise Systems and Forward Deployed Engineers on platform readiness
• Mentor teams on eval-driven development and production AI systems
