Roche is seeking a Scientist for their Pharma Services team in Tucson, AZ. This role involves planning, executing, and directing scientific research and manufacturing process strategies for new and existing products. You will design experiments, analyze data, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality execution from concept to completion.

• Plan and execute laboratory research and development activities
• Design and run rigorous experiments using Design of Experiments (DOE)
• Analyze complex data and form scientific conclusions
• Identify technical challenges and create patentable components
• Collaborate within cross-functional technical teams
• Monitor laboratory work to ensure strict quality standards
