About this role

Chemours is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to join their remote AI & Data Science team. This role involves identifying, building, and launching Generative AI products and traditional applications across various company departments. You will mentor junior developers, lead high-impact initiatives, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, production-ready AI solutions.

What we are looking for

Identify, design, and integrate Generative AI solutions into business workflows
Design, architect, implement, and productionize traditional software and GenAI agents
Partner with users and stakeholders to scope use cases and gather requirements
Lead high-impact initiatives across Manufacturing, Legal, Finance, R&D, Supply Chain, and Sales
Mentor junior developers and foster collaboration
Lead end-to-end delivery of AI solutions from design through deployment
