Join Fidelity's Cognitive Computing Platform team as a Principal AI/ML Engineer. You will architect and lead the development of natural language interaction solutions, enabling customers to engage with Fidelity across various channels. This role involves hands-on work with NLP, machine learning models, MLOps, and large-scale enterprise software delivery in a cloud environment.

- Architect and lead AI/ML solutions for natural language interactions
- Develop and implement NLP and machine learning models
- Experience with MLOps and automating ML model lifecycles
- Proficiency in cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Strong software development lifecycle and enterprise delivery experience
- Experience with NodeJS or Python and REST APIs
