Research AI Engineer

As a Research AI Engineer at Cytiva, a Danaher company, you will develop cutting-edge AI solutions to address complex challenges in life sciences, diagnostics, and biotechnology. You will leverage classical statistical modeling, machine learning, and generative AI techniques to enhance bioprocess control, generate predictive insights, and optimize strategies for developing life-saving therapeutics.

• Develop AI-driven solutions combining statistical modeling, ML, and generative AI
• Design and develop Agentic AI applications using LLMs, RAG, and multi-agent workflows
• Perform exploratory data analysis, feature engineering, and model development
• Build data pipelines and deploy AI/ML solutions on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
• Stay current with advances in ML/AI/Gen AI and contribute to reusable AI assets
• Master's degree in Data Science, AI, or related field with 4+ years of experience
