- Develop and deploy large-scale machine learning models
- Improve buyer and seller experiences on Etsy
- Lead engineering plans and mentor junior team members
- Collaborate with product managers and cross-functional teams
- Expertise in NLP, image processing, deep learning, or LLMs
- Experience training, deploying, and monitoring production ML systems
