• Lead major biological research projects in neuropsychiatry discovery
• Design, guide, and execute biochemical, cellular, molecular, and translational studies
• Partner cross-functionally to drive biology and biotechnology initiatives
• Initiate and manage external collaborations with academic, CRO, and biotech partners
• Mentor junior colleagues and provide matrix supervision
• Advance discovery initiatives and pipeline programs for psychiatric diseases
