Director, Data Science

Lead the development and deployment of advanced AI solutions, focusing on Large Language Models (LLMs) for financial services. This role involves strategic and technical leadership in designing, training, and deploying transformer-based models and Agentic AI systems within an innovation incubator. You will guide end-to-end product development from ideation to production, leveraging scalable ML infrastructure and LLMOps practices.

• Oversee LLM post-training activities including fine-tuning and optimization
• Architect and optimize distributed ML training and inference systems
• Manage model hosting, serving, and deployment pipelines using containerization
• Apply Agentic AI technologies and prompt-engineering for advanced applications
• Develop synthetic data pipelines and evaluation methodologies
• Guide cross-functional teams in delivering scalable AI-enabled features
