Staff Machine Learning Engineer, ML Platform

Braze is seeking a Staff Machine Learning Engineer to join their Predictive and Generative AI team. You will own and enhance the ML platform, focusing on deploying, operating, and scaling ML solutions efficiently and safely. This role involves driving transformative initiatives, building complex infrastructure, and setting the technical vision for ML operations.

• Own and improve the ML platform for deploying, operating, and scaling ML solutions
• Drive transformative initiatives in ML infrastructure and operations
• Build and ship complex infrastructure from design through production
• Set technical direction for model training, deployment, serving, and observation
• Lead incident response and drive reliability and cost efficiency
• Collaborate with partner teams on shared infrastructure and tooling
