Senior Research Scientist

Texas A&M University Health Science Center is seeking a Senior Research Scientist to lead complex independent scholarship in nursing and nursing education for Project ConNECT. This role involves scientific and operational leadership, oversight of research activities, collaborative partnerships, grant deliverables, and mentorship of personnel and trainees.

• Oversee and conduct complex independent research in nursing and nursing education
• Provide scientific and operational leadership for Project ConNECT
• Lead or contribute to research protocols, grant proposals, and manuscripts
• Analyze data and guide interpretation and translation of findings
• Mentor project staff, students, trainees, and collaborators
• Disseminate findings through publications and presentations
