- Build synthetic data pipelines for complex legal reasoning and agentic workflows
- Design and calibrate evaluations against expert judgment
- Develop and maintain capability benchmarks and product-focused evals
- Define quality metrics and grading mechanisms with legal domain experts
- Own training and evaluation data quality and integrity
- Partner with researchers to guide model improvement and release decisions
