Manager, Data Science

Lead a data science team focused on developing and deploying AI models for personal lines operations. You will manage a multidisciplinary team, foster their growth, and collaborate with partners to advance the company's AI vision.

• Manage and mentor a data science team
• Develop and deploy AI/ML models, including generative AI
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define AI strategy and use cases
• Minimum 5 years of analytical experience
• Minimum 2 years of management or coaching experience
• Background in machine learning, computer science, or related quantitative field
