Sr. Scientist

Legend Biotech is seeking a creative Senior Scientist to join their R&D team in Philadelphia, PA. This role focuses on advancing the next generation of cell therapies using innovative in vivo delivery technologies, with a specific emphasis on in-vivo CAR therapy for cancer and autoimmune diseases. The position requires expertise in immunology and/or oncology and a passion for developing novel medicines.

• Lead, design, and optimize research for next-generation cell therapies using in-vivo CAR-T
• Contribute to project creation by dissecting literature for novel solutions
• Isolate immune cells and execute in-vitro and in-vivo assays for CAR virus evaluation
• Perform cell biology techniques for solid tumor research
• Package, titer, and characterize engineered viruses
• Generate, manage, and present critical research data
