Senior Machine Learning Engineer

Iterable is seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to build and operationalize core ML foundations for agentic experiences. This role focuses on applied ML in production, including retrieval systems, evaluation frameworks, and model integration. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable ML components, driving intelligent interactions within the Iterable platform.

• Design and build ML platform components for agentic systems
• Operationalize RAG use cases and develop generalized evaluation frameworks
• Implement abstractions and tooling for efficient ML/LLM experience development
• Partner with backend engineers to productionize ML features
• Prototype applied ML solutions and ensure secure data handling
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering on ML system design
