Software Engineering - Lead Data Scientist

Join FICO's myFICO engineering team as a Lead Data Scientist to build and deploy cutting-edge machine learning and Generative AI solutions for consumer applications. You will develop data pipelines, create and productionize ML models, measure business impact through experimentation, and establish ML engineering best practices for the team.

• Build and maintain Python data pipelines for large datasets
• Develop and deploy machine learning models (propensity, churn, segmentation, forecasting)
• Integrate Generative AI capabilities and design LLM prompts
• Design and analyze A/B tests to measure business impact
• Lead design discussions, code reviews, and mentor engineers
• Set ML engineering best practices for the team
