AI Engineer

Lilly is seeking an AI Engineer to join their new AI co-innovation lab in Silicon Valley, a partnership with NVIDIA focused on drug discovery. You will build, train, evaluate, and deploy AI systems, turning advanced models into reliable tools for drug discovery and clinical research processes. This hands-on role involves full-stack development, system architecture, and collaboration with scientists and engineers to create cutting-edge AI solutions.

• Develop and apply innovative AI techniques for drug discovery
• Build and implement AI-driven models and applications across the full stack
• Design and uphold resilient system architectures for optimal performance
• Handle large-scale model development and distributed training
• Collaborate with AI Scientists, ML Ops Engineers, and NVIDIA experts
• Adhere to ethical guidelines in AI usage and data handling
