AVP - Data Scientist & AI Engineer

Lead a team in designing, building, and deploying advanced analytics and AI solutions for risk and compliance within a major bank. This hands-on technical leadership role involves translating business needs into production-grade machine learning models and data pipelines, mentoring junior team members, and contributing to the team's strategic roadmap.

• Design, develop, and deploy ML models for credit risk, financial crime, and operational risk
• Build and maintain end-to-end ML pipelines
• Develop NLP and generative AI applications including RAG
• Deliver predictive analytics capabilities and risk scoring enhancements
• Create and maintain BI dashboards
• Support Model Risk Management (MRM) validation and AI governance
