Generative AI & Machine Learning Engineer

Morgan Stanley is seeking an experienced engineering leader specializing in Generative AI and Machine Learning to design, develop, and deploy enterprise AI solutions. This role involves architecting scalable AI platforms, providing hands-on technical leadership, and collaborating with business and technology partners in a fast-paced investment banking environment.

• Lead end-to-end design, development, and delivery of enterprise AI/ML solutions
• Architect scalable AI platforms leveraging LLMs and RAG
• Provide hands-on technical leadership and drive technical decision-making
• Collaborate with product owners and business stakeholders
• Ensure AI solutions are production-ready with monitoring and MLOps
• Mentor engineers and promote engineering excellence
