AI Engineer

As a Tech Lead, AI Software Engineering, you will build and integrate cutting-edge artificial intelligence capabilities into scalable, production-ready applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop LLM integrations, RAG pipelines, and agentic workflows that drive business value. This role is crucial for accelerating the delivery of AI-enabled solutions through robust engineering practices and well-designed applications.

• Design and implement LLM API integrations (Claude, GPT, Gemini)
• Build agentic workflows and AI application frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex)
• Develop and optimize retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines
• Build scalable backend services and APIs using Python and FastAPI
• Partner with product and engineering teams to deliver AI solutions
• Evaluate and improve AI application reliability, performance, and security
