Algorithm Engineer, Reinforcement Learning

Bot Auto is seeking an ML/RL Engineer to develop a unified behavioral architecture for their autonomous trucks. This role involves creating a scalable policy framework at the intersection of Multi-Agent Reinforcement Learning and safety-critical systems to ensure precise and safe navigation. You will contribute to behavioral modeling, safety-constrained learning, reward design, and optimizing training pipelines.

• Develop and train policies for realistic driving behaviors
• Implement advanced RL algorithms with safety constraints
• Design reward functions balancing safety, progress, and comfort
