Senior Applied Scientist / Engineer, Training & Inference

Adobe is seeking a Senior Applied Scientist/Engineer to bridge the gap between AI research and production for generative video and image models. This role involves owning the full model development lifecycle, from large-scale distributed training to inference optimization and deployment, ensuring reliable, performant, and cost-efficient production systems.

• Own training-to-deployment pipeline for generative models
• Implement and operate large-scale distributed training (PyTorch FSDP, Tensor Parallelism)
• Design and optimize inference and serving systems for low latency and high throughput
• Bridge the gap between trained models and reliable production deployments
• Engineer for performance and cost efficiency across training and inference
• Collaborate with research, ML engineering, and infrastructure teams
