Sr. Machine Learning Engineer - AI

Join Zoom as a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to develop and maintain their knowledge graph service. You will architect and optimize large-scale ML workflows, deploy and monitor models using Docker and Kubernetes on AWS, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement scalable ML services. • Architect and optimize large-scale ML workflows for knowledge graphs and search services
• Deploy, monitor, and maintain ML models (LLMs, agentic workflows) using Docker, Kubernetes on AWS
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and implement scalable ML services
• Conduct research on cutting-edge ML, NLP, and knowledge graph techniques
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team knowledge-sharing
• Develop and maintain AI-driven search and ranking algorithms for enterprise-scale information retrieval and RAG systems
