Join Clera's AI team to build systems that detect, evaluate, and fix failures in production AI agents, making them more reliable and trustworthy. You will own the intelligence behind these systems, developing novel methods for failure detection and patch generation.
What we are looking for
6- Develop AI systems for detecting and addressing failures in production AI agents
- Utilize user behavior signals to identify unreported issues
- Create evaluation methods for detection quality without ground truth
- Build trustworthy workflows for generating and verifying AI fixes
- Experience with production LLMs, evaluations, and embeddings
- Ability to assess research and identify meaningful improvements
