About this role

Fidelity is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to lead applied AI, NLP, and LLM initiatives within Workplace Investing. You will develop and evaluate AI-based solutions using advanced techniques, working closely with technology and product teams. This role requires strong Python and SQL skills, a deep understanding of machine learning, and the ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
