Founding ML Engineer, Computer Vision (Object Detection)

As the founding ML Engineer, you will define the technical strategy for visual item identification at an early-stage company. You will build and deploy production-ready computer vision models to accurately distinguish between similar items, directly impacting customer decisions on our platform.

• Design computer vision architecture for fine-grained item identification
• Build and deploy production models with calibrated confidence scoring
• Develop feedback loops for continuous model improvement
• Own model development to production serving, balancing key metrics
• 5+ years of applied computer vision experience with production systems
• Strong PyTorch/TensorFlow skills and experience with vision transformers/CNNs
