Senior ML Engineer (AI Research, Physical AI)

Nebius is seeking a Senior ML Engineer for their AI Research team focused on Physical AI. You will work on building intelligent agents that can perceive, reason, and act in the physical world, modifying large foundation models and learning algorithms for robotic agents. This role involves prototyping new capabilities in simulation and validating approaches on real-world systems.

• Research and develop vision-language-action models for robotic control
• Implement reinforcement and imitation learning algorithms
• Design and train large foundation models for robotic agents
• Prototype capabilities in simulation and validate on real-world systems
• Collaborate with research and engineering teams to deploy findings
• Strong Python and JAX experience required
