Staff ML Engineer

Kaseya is seeking an experienced Staff ML Engineer to join their platform team in Toronto. This role involves partnering with product teams to extract insights from data and build AI-powered features and automated workflows. You will also mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for data and ML initiatives.

• Design, implement, and productionize ML models for categorization, recommendations, and prediction
• Build AI-driven workflows for data ingestion, auto-filling fields, and handling customer requests
• Explore and analyze data using Python, pandas, and PySpark
• Mentor junior data/ML engineers and analysts
• Provide technical leadership and architecture guidance on ML features
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to identify and scope AI opportunities
