Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Postdoctoral Scholar to conduct translational research in pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics, and toxicology. This role focuses on understanding and improving the oral bioavailability of novel therapeutics like PROTACs, utilizing in vitro models and computational platforms. What we are looking for
6- Develop translatable in vitro permeability models for PROTACs and other proximity-inducing modalities
- Evaluate lymphatic absorption and intestinal secretion using in vivo studies and PBPK modeling
- Integrate experimental and computational data for rational drug design
- Interpret and communicate study results to team members and collaborators
- Define TPPIT strategy for ADME characterization of proximity-inducing modalities
- Disseminate findings through publications and presentations
