About this role

Reddit is seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join the Ads Optimization team. You will design and implement algorithms for auction, bidding, and pacing systems that optimize ad performance, user experience, and marketplace efficiency. This role involves end-to-end ownership of systems, from design to production deployment, and collaboration with Product and Data Science partners.
