Lead ML Engineer - Advance AI (applied ML, LLM's, ML Ops)

Target is seeking a Lead ML Engineer to design, build, and deploy end-to-end AI/ML systems, including those powered by LLMs. You will provide technical leadership, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure the development of scalable, reliable, and production-grade AI applications that drive business value.

• Design, build, and deploy AI/ML applications, including LLM-powered systems
• Provide hands-on technical leadership and contribute to architecture decisions
• Collaborate with Data Scientists, engineers, and product partners
• Ensure AI applications are secure, reliable, and maintainable
• Evaluate models, frameworks, and tools for production deployment
• Mentor engineers and establish strong engineering practices
