Roche is seeking a Senior Machine Learning Scientist to join their AI for Drug Discovery group. This role focuses on developing and applying advanced ML models to protein and antibody discovery, collaborating with cross-functional teams to accelerate the development of innovative medicines.

• Develop generative and representation learning ML models for proteins and antibodies
• Collaborate with computational and experimental scientists
• Apply ML techniques to massive datasets
• Drive publications and present research findings
• Experience with Python deep learning frameworks like PyTorch
• BS/MS/PhD in a quantitative or physical science field
