Join Genesys as a Staff AI/ML Engineer to drive the innovation and evolution of our global-scale Conversational AI solutions, with a focus on Generative AI and agentic systems. You will set the technical direction for next-generation autonomous, reliable, and voice-capable agents, working across the full lifecycle from prototyping to production hardening. This role offers the opportunity to shape how our engineering organization builds, evaluates, and governs advanced AI systems.
What we are looking for 6
- Define architecture and roadmap for agentic platforms (planning, tool use, memory, orchestration)
- Build evaluation foundations for non-deterministic systems and production quality monitoring
- Improve reliability, safety, latency, and cost of agents at global scale
- Advance agent autonomy and voice capabilities
- Translate emerging research into validated production capabilities
- Provide technical leadership, set standards, and mentor senior engineers
