Senior Data Scientist

Guidehouse is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to lead the development of advanced data capabilities, including entity resolution, knowledge graphs, and AI-enabled discovery. You will design data architectures, build predictive models, and partner with engineering teams to create scalable data products. This role requires a strong leader to brief senior executives on AI strategy and drive mission outcomes.

• Lead development of entity resolution, knowledge graphs, and AI discovery capabilities
• Design data architectures, ML workflows, and analytical platforms
• Develop predictive models and decision-support tools
• Partner with engineering to translate analytical requirements into data products
• Establish standards for model development, evaluation, and monitoring
• Brief senior leadership on AI strategy and technical risks

• Requires a Top Secret security clearance.
