Lead Data Scientist

Lead a team of data scientists to drive the adoption of advanced technologies and develop enterprise-ready data-driven solutions for D&A Operations. This role involves strategic and technical leadership, stakeholder engagement, and hands-on delivery of AI/ML models, with a focus on NLP, deep learning, and data processing within cloud environments.

• Lead and mentor a team of senior data scientists
• Drive end-to-end delivery of data science initiatives
• Develop, deploy, and optimize production-grade AI models (deep learning, NLP, LLMs, RAG)
• Apply deep expertise in data extraction and complex data management
• Ensure alignment with MLOps, CI/CD, and cloud-native deployment practices
• Partner with domain experts and senior business stakeholders
