Senior/Principal AI Engineer

Workday is seeking a Senior/Principal AI Engineer to design and build core ML systems for intelligent agents. You will work within a cross-functional team to own the full lifecycle of production-grade AI, from problem framing to deployment and continuous improvement, focusing on LLM-powered agents and scalable enterprise solutions.

• Design and build core ML systems for next-generation AI agents
• Own the full lifecycle of production-grade AI, including LLM frameworks and RAG pipelines
• Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and software engineers
