R&D Lab Systems Scientist

Johnson & Johnson is seeking an R&D Lab Systems Scientist to support their Vision team in Jacksonville, FL. This role focuses on enhancing the LabVantage Laboratory Information Management System (LV LIMS) within a medical device environment. You will collaborate with R&D, IT, and Quality Assurance to ensure GxP compliance and drive continuous improvement of technology and processes.

• Support enhancements within LabVantage LIMS
• Provide GxP testing support for analytical, physical, and optical methods
• Partner with R&D, IT, and Quality Assurance
• Troubleshoot system issues and assist users
• Execute user acceptance testing
• Ensure adherence to GMP, ISO, and quality system requirements
