Engineering Manager, Agentic AI

Robinhood is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the development of foundational AI and ML infrastructure. You will guide teams in creating and deploying advanced ML and LLM models for product features and internal optimizations, focusing on scalable and secure AI applications. This role requires strong leadership, software engineering expertise, and deep experience in applied ML at scale.

• Lead and scale a team of engineers, managers, and ML specialists
• Guide model development, evaluation, and deployment for AI applications
• Partner cross-functionally with product, design, and executive leaders
• Establish engineering processes for reliable delivery and scalability
• Proven engineering leadership experience with a focus on performance and talent
