AI/ML Engineer

The Nuclear Company is seeking an AI Engineer to integrate machine learning and LLM-driven capabilities into their Nuclear Operating System (NOS) platform. This hands-on role involves training, fine-tuning, and deploying models, designing agent workflows, and ensuring AI features are safe and reliable in production. You will collaborate closely with platform engineers and domain experts to build AI features that support critical decisions in the nuclear energy sector.

• Ship ML and AI features into production within the NOS platform
• Train, fine-tune, and deploy models and LLM-based workflows
• Build AI agents and design agent workflows against NOS data
• Own model quality end-to-end, defining eval criteria and acceptance thresholds
• Partner with platform and product engineers to ensure models reach production
• Build predictive and anomaly-detection models for operations and engineering
