Senior Applied ML/AI Scientist - Search

Faire is seeking a Senior Applied ML/AI Scientist to join their Search algorithms team. You will contribute to the next-generation search engine, integrating LLMs, query understanding, and retrieval models to serve personalized product feeds. This role involves owning search components end-to-end, shipping models to live traffic, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

• Contribute to next-generation Search engine with LLMs and retrieval models
• Own search components end-to-end from problem framing to production
• Ship models to live traffic and validate with A/B tests
• 3+ years building production ML systems, with experience in search or recommendations
• Strong Python and engineering skills for productionizing models
• Clear communication with scientists, engineers, and PMs
