Helix AI Engineer, Generative AI

Figure is seeking a Generative AI Engineer to join their Helix team in San Jose, CA. You will be responsible for building and scaling generative models, focusing on diffusion and multimodal approaches, to enable humanoid robots to understand and interact with the physical world. This role involves training and deploying models for perception, data generation, and reasoning in real-world scenarios.

• Design, train, and deploy large-scale generative models, focusing on diffusion approaches
• Develop models for robot perception, world modeling, and prediction
• Build generative systems for synthetic data creation and dataset scaling
• Implement state-of-the-art techniques in generative modeling and multimodal foundation models
• Optimize training pipelines for large-scale generative models across distributed systems
• Integrate generative models into the full robot autonomy stack
