Senior Founding Engineer (AI/ML)

Clera is seeking a Senior Founding Engineer (AI/ML) to build and own the core intelligence layer of our recruiting marketplace. You will develop AI and ML systems for candidate and role matching, including LLM-powered features, and work closely with the founding team to ship and scale product from the ground up.

• Own AI/ML intelligence layer including recommendations, ranking, and retrieval
• Develop LLM powered matching for candidate role alignment
• Ship end-to-end features from problem to production
• Architect and maintain production data pipelines and services
• 2-5 years shipping production software with applied ML depth
• Proficiency in TypeScript or Python with LLM API experience
