Mastercard's Business & Market Insights group seeks a Lead Engineer, Machine Learning Engineering to lead an AI/ML strategy for their Operational Intelligence Program. This role will focus on building and operationalizing advanced AI/ML pipelines, including multi-agent frameworks, multimodal AI, and RAG systems, while ensuring responsible AI practices and driving innovation.

What we are looking for

Implement multi-agent intelligence frameworks (LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen)
Design and operationalize multi-modal AI pipelines
Build scalable RAG and Graph-RAG systems
Develop and productionize transformer-based models
Implement LLMOps and MLOps pipelines on Databricks (AWS)
Engineer state and memory management subsystems
