About this role

RBC Capital Markets is seeking an AI Engineer to develop and deploy Generative AI solutions for their Sales teams. You will build agentic frameworks and conversational AI systems to enhance client engagement, deal intelligence, and sales productivity, embedding AI tools into sales platforms for real-time insights and task automation.

Architect end-to-end AI solutions from experimentation to monitoring
Guide team on best practices and mentor members on Generative AI
2-5 years of experience building ML/DL models in production
